Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
- All orders will be shipped on business days of each week.
- For milk products, your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days, depending on availability. If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.
- Pre-orders will be shipped based on availability. We will keep you informed when/if the product is available.
- Please ensure you provide a valid delivery address at the time of placing the order. The address must contain your PIN code & contact number.
Shipping Method & Duration
- We offer standard shipping, with delivery times varying between 2 to 7 days based on your location.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order within 48 hours of placement. If we cancel your order, we will promptly notify you and provide a full refund in case the payment has already been processed.
Shipping Coverage
- Our milk products are deliverable all across India.
- Milk subscription services are currently available only in Nagpur.
- Once your package is dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your provided contact number.
- The delivery time for your order may vary depending on your location.
